Host a free Workshop that provides a solution for the 3 biggest problems to your target market in exchange for their name and email address. Give your participants the best value you have available. You want to over deliver in every aspect of your workshop. Your goal should be to blow them away with how much you provided to them for free. When you give your best people will want more. You can offer more to them through email. That's the reason for collecting the names and email addresses. You can build a relationship with your target market by providing solution to the problem on a regular basis.
Start A Meetup Group
Start or join a meeting in your local area. Meetup groups are people who share the same interest. You'll meet up group will consist of your target audience. You can set up regularly scheduled meeting. Your goal is to offer the value with Meetup Group which is your target audience.
Both ways establishes you as an authority in your niche simply by serving your target audience with value. Through this they will begin to know, like and trust you. Remember people do business with and refer people to those they know, like and trust.
