These three things can destroy your network marketing business. It's done by so many like it is a part of the norm. You want to build an organization on integrity, loyalty and character. Some think by doing these things, helps them up out but it can destroy you and your network marketing business.
Don't Talk Bad About Your Competition.
Do not talk bad about your competition, their product or service to make you and your company look better. This happens so much in network marketing. I believe that's why many people are not interested in joining this profession. You can have people in the same company, on the same team, who will talk bad about you. Some think it's about getting the edge over your competitors at any cost. Treat people with respect.
Don't Recruit Other's Prospects
Don't try to recruit a prospect that has talked to another distributor. If that person has been prospected before tell them to get back in touch with the person who introduced them to the opportunity or product. Some distributors have knowingly recruited other distributors' prospects. We should work with integrity in all aspects of our business and lives.
Don't Ask Your Team To Do What You're Not Doing.
Make sure you're doing what you're asking your team to do. If you're not, you run the risk of losing credibility to your team when they find out. You must put in the work just like the rest or the team. As leader you should put in more work than anyone else.
